OculusDrone, A Parrot AR.Drone 2.0 Controlled by an Oculus Rift Virtual Reality Headset
Germany-based programmer Diego Araos has created a web interface that allows a Parrot AR.Drone 2.0 quadcopter to be controlled using the Oculus Rift virtual reality headset. The headset tracks which way the user’s head is tilted, and the quadcopter moves that way. The project, called OculusDrone by Araos, is currently available on GitHub.
I own both a Rift and a Parrot AR Drone. Going to have to try this. For science.
