The Avegant Glyph hides VR goggles in headphones
Avegant’s virtual reality glasses aren’t quite like anything else on the market. They use a virtual retinal display, projecting imagesdirectly on your eyes; it’s a technology that’s been around since the ’80s, but it’s rarely found in consumer headsets. The whole design is meant to seem less awkward than designs like the bulky, hyperfuturistic Gear VR, though it might still be a little weird seeing a pair of eye-holes on the crown of your head.
Count me out. These just look weird and uncomfortable to use. Sorry.
